Hello, I ordered a snark 2 micro hydro from you some time ago, I just want to say that I love it so far... It is very fast on 8 cells and a cobalt 400 motor I have it floats just fine with my set-up. I am going to purchase another one from you and run it on 10 cells. The first one was a tester (no paint...bad glue job) and the second will have nice paint and all. I will send you pictures of my second. I will be ordering later today. If you can send me an e-mail when you send it, I would be very grateful.

Just to let you know that everything is installed and works fine. What a great help you've been. Many thanks. Only took the boat to the local duck pond (very small)and difficult to tell about handling and speed etc., as also I've got no point of comparison but it's plenty fast enough for me! I'll have a morning out at a nearby reservoir and might get a better idea. I've taken some photo's and if they're out of focus enough to disguise my poor finishing, I'll probably post them on micro hydros when they're developed and scanned. Had to make do with standard sized receiver and servo and Tamiya style connectors, but they all held together. Just about everything of the boat except batteries (600maH NiCads) and what I ordered from you had to be scratch built and was far more productive physiotherapy than the Doc's suggestions. Boat is about 15" X 6" single step outdrive and weighs about 525 gms with 7 NiCads.

Once again, thanks a lot and I'll definately give Astec a plug whenever I can
