It was proposed that post of Treasurer and Secretary be split as they used to be. Proposed by Ian Williams , seconded Allan Shillitto - Un-opposed

Business Arising

2007 National Championship Venue / Date

Venue = Bridlington, Date = 21 / 22 July (Subject to confirmation by B.M.B.S.)

AOB :

Eco 400 :

The 400 class has been split into 2 classes Mini Eco and Mini Oval .

Mini Eco: will run Anticlockwise round the Navega triangle.
Mini Oval: will run round half the full size Oval
Both classes will be open so any motors i.e. Brushless etc etc both classes have a Maximum of 7 cells with a maximum capacity limit of 1700mah. Cells Not larger than 2/3rd sub C or not larger than AA size, both classes to run for 5 mins

Mini Oval has a a size limit Monos = 16 inch (40.64 cm), Hydros = 18 inch ( 45.72 cm ). The class will be revued in 2007

Mono 2R

Mono 2R is dropped and will be replaced by S14 class, surface drive monos. Run time 7 mins round the NAVIGA oval with any Graupner 700 motor

Rule change on missed boys

to fall in line with Naviga rulings

NAVIGA classes

All Naviga classes to be run to Naviga rules ( trying to obtain English version for all to see )

Number boards

Number boards MUST comply with Navega ( Proposed by N.Rees )
SIZE 80 X 80 Numbers 70 X 10, mini classes 60 X 60 Numbers 50 X 10. Number boards must not be Opaque.

Transponders

A transponder unit would not warrant the cost as it would only be used twice a year.

Heats and finals

We would not be able to consider a heats and final system as there is not enough time to run the format

Speed Weekend

Venue = Herrington Park, Sunderland.
Date = 7 / 8th of October
